Poor service I've been to other Jersey mikes that had great customer service but not this one. The food was not fresh the meat tasted old
The Best service hands down. My sandwich was made wrong so I called. I told them I would come the next day because I couldn't come right back to get my correct order. The next day I was so busy I completely forgot about it. The following day they gave me a refund. I appreciated that sooo much!!!
Store is dirty, workers are disrespectful and always fighting, they’re always out of things, and I’ve been in there 3 times and something got forgotten everytime, management is terrible, do not recommend you taking your business here
Was there the evening of October 29th and the crew they had were amazing, made an amazing sandwich and were incredibly polite and sociable and let us know of the special they had that saved us money. Will come back.
