My daughter is gluten free and the guy that was making the sandwich was not very help full. Usually the Whitehall store has a separate machine for this. I mentioned and the guy basically blew me off. As you can see in the pictures, this got did not clean well at all. If my daughter had celiac disease I w oilfield have really been irrate but she is sensitive and so I figured she should be okay. Why is it so hard to get even basic customer service. I was disappointed with this store. I won't return
Did a DoorDash order for 2 sandwiches and only got 1. And it was my 6 year old sandwich that was missing, who was already tired and ready for bed. The bag was sealed so this falls on the store. Guess who had to go back out in the freezing cold at 8pm on a Sunday night? Very inconvenient. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience when I called the store about it. We decided to go to the Wawa instead.
This is the Jersey Mike's in Whitehall I've gone a few times hopefully they can redeem themselves. there's no meat it's all lettuce and tomato, I go to one and tilghman Street it's like 10 times better
All the employees deserve a massive raise.
