I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because I’m actually a big fan of Jersey Mike’s. I eat at the Carolina Forest location almost every week, and the Surfside location has always been great too. This review is only for the Market Common location. I’ve given this store countless chances over the past few years because it’s close to my house, but today was the last time. I’ll gladly drive the extra five minutes to Surfside from now on. Definitely a language barrier when ordering and assembling our food--but we tolerated this because we love Jersey Mike's food
Subs are delicious
Jake is a horrible manager who should be fired. I came in on April 16th asked for no onions no lettuce they stuffed my sandwich with an entire salad and onions ruin the sandwich soggy disgusting sandwich. So I call the next day at 2:09 p.m. told the lady that I took a picture in the sub was disgusting she's just said bring your picture in and we'll remake it for you didn't write my name down because she's probably a lazy person like everyone else is in this restaurant.
