Overstaffed and no service, can't even acknowledge your there,
I am so disappointed by the staff at this location!!!!! We have been there several times since its opened, as it’s convenient for us- but the last few times we have been it hasn’t been good….. There is one particular female that is working there (no name tags so unable to say who she was) but she gives NO welcome NO eye contact when taking your order and ALWAYS gets something wrong with the order - throws a fit (appears to be a fit) and throws the cheese she just cut and put on my sandwich (after I had said no cheese) and I ... read more
DO NOT VISIT this location, GO TO the one off MERIDIAN instead. They are owned by different owners and do not have different rules when it comes to food saftey I spoke to the GM at Meridian TODAY! AND re ordered my food there, world of difference!!! I've witnessed the service members take veggies off a sandwich and put it back in the container to be reserved, and they NEVER I mean NEVER get my orders right. Standard Jersey Mike's sub shop. Sandwiches are always good. They are really slow about making the hot sandwiches. The reason the 2 stars for the atmosphere is that this place always just seems cold. I'm not sure if the staff don't like each other, but there is zero animosity among the crew. No one is communicating, and they all seem awkward around each other.
