Understaffed. If you want to grab lunch during a break from work, I would suggest going elsewhere. However they seem to be doing their best with what they have. Just not enough staff to cover the lunch rush.
If you order tuna they have to catch the fish. Be prepared to wait, the tuna is tricky to catch!
Had a mini club sub it was my free one with points but service was very friendly and they made it perfect! Will be back
