Go to any other Jersey Mikes in the area before this one. I love Jersey Mikes, but this location represents the brand very poorly. There is no reason anyone should have to wait for an hour, for an online order or in person. I have never had such a bad customer experience as I did here, and have heard from others similar issues- Save your money and your sanity and support a different Jersey Mikes location as this one is very poorly managed.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes. Only one person making subs. This happens numerous times so I will not be going back to this location. If you’re in a hurry, this is not the place to go.
This is the absolute best Jersey Mikes location we have ever been to. The staff is so friendly, always ready to adjust your sandwiches as directed. Definitely have "the juice". With subway less than a mile away, it is a night and day difference in overall experience between the two locations. Even when this location is busy, the employees move quickly and do so with grace.
