This place is great but the customer service even better, I just want to say thank you and shoutout Juan that works there. He is super nice to me and always makes my food delicious. Please give him a raise or promote him. He deserves it!!
We usually love Jersey Mike's. However, my hubby stood in line for over 5 minutes and was never greeted or spoken to. They just kept taking online orders and not helping the people inside. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Service is a little slow but the food is nice and fresh!
Bought a giant sub last night and it was made incorrectly and even worse was the absolute pathetic amount of toppings. I even paid for extra cheese and got less cheese than I’d expect on a normal sub. For a $3 tip the workers still clearly don’t care enough to make the sub correctly. They clearly don’t give a shit about the quality level of a $25 dollar sub. Complete waste of money and won’t be returning, I’ll try out local sandwich shops from now on
