We enjoy Muscatine Jersey Mike's, always have. However on today's take out order that changed. We always get the same thing but this time Jersey Mike's added way too much oil and the bread was so soggy it was not fit to eat. Calling and talking to the Manager was futile. She admitted it was a trainee who made it but refused to offer any type of solution, neither refund or complimentary replacement. So, we just threw $26.00 dollars worth of food in the trash! One of the worst jersey mikes experiences I’ve ever had the place was dirty and upkept plus all the food didn’t taste fresh at all unlike other locations I’ve been too, I will not be going back
My order was already rang up, and an employee came over and added $8 on to my order for gluten free bread. She said the large sandwich is charged twice, either way, it felt rude at that point and negativity impacted how I feel about the place.
