I always eat here and order on the mobile app and this will be the last time I order from this location. Orders are always late are put on the shelf way after the time that the app says they are ready. Other than that today, I was served stale bread with my Italian sandwich that made it inedible. Waste of money and a waste of time to drive from Elgin to get there. Will definitely be ordering from a different location from now on.
Watch out the GM wrongfully fires people without any warnings/ write ups , I will be calling the National Labor Relations Board and getting this place looked into! this is preposterous! (2 weeks before the HOLIDAYS is just CRUEL to do to someone that did absolutely nothing) This is first off Emotional distress and Defomation of character ! (NLRB will take care of all that)
Multiple times now I order a sandwich with extra bacon and I always leave 10%-20% tip, but every time I order extra bacon they put less than when I do a normal order. This is a scam shop. This is almost every time at this location. Not only do these workers not deserve the tips this store doesnt deserve the business at all.
We always place orders when a fundraiser is connected to our purchase. Yesterday, we ordered four giant sandwiches. Two were great and two were awful. The awful ones had dry chicken, no sauce, very little veggies and no cheese. I tried to doctor up the sandwiches to make them better and just ended up throwing them away. $30 on sandwiches wasted! Thanks JM. We won’t be returning.
