Shout out to the lunch crew today! It was insanely busy during the lunch hour rush with people coming in to order, mobile orders and drive thru. I worked an environment like that in my younger years and I know the pressure you guys were enduring. You kept your composure, communicated well and assured your customers you are working as diligently as you can. If any customers were upset, they just dont understand. I waited a bit for my mobile order but I didn’t care. You guys did great. So Thank you!
Ordered 3 hot subs. Pickup time was 4:23 but received our food until 4:50. Apart from that, two of the subs had breads switched up with the extra meat on the wrong one as well. I’d understand if there was a nasty rush at the time, but there was literally only 2 other people ordering in-store and one small bag mobile order on the counter. Very dissatisfied.
