Excelente servicio
Had a really awesome interaction with Ernesto here. We were on a long road trip with five, three, and one year old. He was really sweet and welcoming to our boys, his sandwiches were awesome, and the kids were happy (so mom and dad were happy as well). Thanks Ernesto and team!
I ordered a sandwich online and picked it up. It was sealed and ready when I arrived. As I got out of the parking lot, I received a phone call and it was a the guy from Jersey mikes letting me know the sandwich I had wasn’t correct and if I can come back and they will give me mine. I was very shocked that they would call and tell me instead of me being unhappy and disappointed when I got home. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order.
The staff at the foothills location are very rude everytime I come in to order. They complain about making sandwiches and tell customers the sandwiches that are ordered are not available. They also shut down the store at least 20 minutes before closing. They have attitudes when customers come in to order before their closing time of 9 pm. I was told after he huffed at me, "Im trying to get out of here and go home its Saturday". This was 20 minutes before they closed.
