Very good sandwiches, food is fresh! And customer service was very polite and checked in on us. I recommend this place.
Okay I thought I was sold on this place. But once again it’s who is doing the cooking always. I’ve noticed that at several different locations. Justin is who you want to make your sandwich at Jersey Mikes. Got to be grilled long enough to get my first experience again. Went in last night it was a sloppy mess because they were busy and didn’t grill long enough and it was awful!!

Had a really awesome interaction with Ernesto here. We were on a long road trip with five, three, and one year old. He was really sweet and welcoming to our boys, his sandwiches were awesome, and the kids were happy (so mom and dad were happy as well). Thanks Ernesto and team!
I ordered a sandwich online and picked it up. It was sealed and ready when I arrived. As I got out of the parking lot, I received a phone call and it was a the guy from Jersey mikes letting me know the sandwich I had wasn’t correct and if I can come back and they will give me mine. I was very shocked that they would call and tell me instead of me being unhappy and disappointed when I got home. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order.
