How do they even get a cold sub order mixed up with a hot sub? First time ordering here and they messed it up terribly. Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to.

I came here for lunch break about noon. I ordered with my coworker, same thing at same time. He received his food a few minutes after ordering. I didn't get mine until about 30 minutes later. I was late to work from lunch break and had to eat after going back to work so sandwich was cold and wasn't very good. I should've asked for a refund when I realized they hadn't even started making it 25 minutes after I ordered. I come here once a week or more and never had this happen to me before. After ordering this sandwich, I arrived to pick it up only to discover the shop is on a military base, meaning my civilian credentials were no match for my hunger. Just when all hope was lost, the GM personally called me and hand-delivered my sandwich to a gate like a classified operation. 10/10 staff, 10/10 sandwich, I would follow them into battle.
