Had the pleasure of being served by Natalie, Greg, Joseph, Sawyer, and Carver today. Had 5 subs to order for the family and they got every one made just right! Even helped me find the best way to order it so that I was able to get the best deal. The cookies tasted amazing too, I was promised Natalie made them with love, and we could tell! Excellent customer service from them all. Can’t say enough. In fact, my 6 year old just told me, “ I loved the sandwich and want to order it when we go again!” Thanks y’all!
Yesterday( 2/21/26) the Catholic Daughters of All Saints Church in Hampstead had our women’s retreat and your establishment donated our lunch. I had the Club sandwich , but there was a good variety for the ladies to choose including gluten free and vegetarian. Thanks for your generous and serving heart. Jamie Zabicki
I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize until I got home that my sandwich was made on the wrong bread. I called the store I was told the store ran out and substituted white bread without notifying me, which I don’t eat. When I asked about a remake, the manager was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive, which was unexpected and disappointing. I ended up requesting a refund instead. This experience fell well below the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s.
