I ordered 2 subs from the Stoney Creek location. One of the subs was a number 13 . One was a Hot Italian, both regular. The Hot Italian was half the weight of the regular number 13 . The bread was soggy like the sandwich had been sitting awhile. I called and the manager was less than interested in what I said . We went there today because all profits were going to charity. Super slow! Waited 45 minutes for 2 mini cold subs. The staff was great and working as fast as they could. The problem is online orders. People in line at the store should have priority and they need to have a separate area for employees to make online orders. We were in line for over half an hour and then after placing our order had to wait while she made 6 other subs for an online order.
This is the best sub shop. Their new hot Italian is a family favorite and I love the healthier choice of getting my favorites in a wrap.
