By far one of the worst customer service experience I have had! Love Jersey Mikes but not this location. They were not overly busy and 3 out of the 4 team members seemed miserable to be there and annoyed that I was there. Hope the one guy who was nice and working finds some where with more support.
Respond to the owner I did come back yesterday day for number 55# Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak - Regular I ask for no Jalapenos and I ask for Chipotle sauce to be added to my sandwich well I didn't get that at all. The sandwich was good but I had to pull out the jalapenos I am disappointed at the services
I've tried Jersey Mike's a few times. I just do not care for the sandwiches.
Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop. I don't even know why. It is just so simple. Yet the sandwiches are so, so good. The bread is fresh and tasty and, since I always get the number 13 combo (and it is far from unlucky), it is a protein monster. There's five different cold cuts on this thing and it has the complexity of a nice Zinfandel as you have all those flavors of ham and prosciuttini and cappacuolo and salami and pepperoni wrestling around with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce and The Juice.
