I don't mind being charged extra for a bag - of it were a $1, I don't care. But when it tears & contents drops out because you stuffed too much into it - this angers me! Good bye forever!

Solid sandwich shop. Consistent quality
I guess this is my fault at this point cause it's happened multiple of times but when you order a club sub and they ask you what you want on it so you say onion, tomato and lettuce but they don't put the bacon cause I guess you didn't specifically ask for it, it's pretty frustrating. I would have ordered a turkey sandwich if that was the case, but I paid for a club sub.....the bacon is a given.
