Manager was a real douche I think he went by the name of Luis or Louie very very tall man did greet us when we walked to the door asked if we were just gonna stand there or order something horrible horrible experience wish they would get another manager in there, but the staff was great. The rest of the staff was awesome.
After a really disappointing experience at the Studio City Jersey Mike’s, I drove 12 minutes to this location on Hollywood Way in Burbank—and let me tell you, it was like night and day. The staff here were welcoming, professional, and on point. They greeted me with smiles, actually listened to my order, and made the sandwich with care (and the right portion size!).
