The food and service were great. But when I sat down inside, I noticed no napkins with my order. I asked for some but was told by a male employee they ran out! Owner, please make sure this location on Hollywood Way in Burbank next to the airport has sufficient supplies on hand.
The food is really good. It is so loud in there, and the way they have the line setup is pretty annoying. I wish their space was a little bigger
Awesome service and sandwiches. But corporate has to update the estimated pickup time. I had to wait 20+ min because all the workers were slammed. It's not their fault and would make for a less awkward experience with 10 less people waiting around for their orders in a tiny store.
