Always a great sandwich
Picked up my mobile order Monday night 15min within closing for a very late dinner, and I was so appreciative of the two young men working. I noted an uncommon allergy on my order customization, and not only did they keep the ingredient out of my sub as requested, he noted he wiped the counter and changed his gloves to minimize cross-contamination as much as he could. Thank you to great employees who care about repeat customers!! The sub was delicious too.
I came to redeem my points, but they told me they don’t accept them. This was disappointing, and the staff — especially the girl at the front — were very rude.
Been coming to this place since it opened. Love it. Everyone is nice. Gave it four star for service bc on two recent app orders either my chips or drink was not included. Employee may have been new bc she asked for my receipt multiple times and finally someone told her that I was missing my drink. Same girl different order my fault for not checking the bag. Called was placed on hold, got back to me after 5 minutes and offered to return the call, never did.
