I read an article earlier this week about Jersey Mike's going public (initial public offering). I have been a fan of their sandwiches for a while but frequently disappointed by their service, with long in-store lines. Twice now at this location I ordered online selecting an hour in the future hoping that would give them plenty of time to prepare my order to be ready when I arrive. Ordered online. 15 min after the ready time, and it's finally ready. Its freezing in here. 4 people working and 3 orders have gone out. I'll go to Firehouse Subs from now on.
We love the subs, but they complete new online orders before walkin customers. You can hear the online orders come in and they start those before helping the customers standing in store.
We love Jersey Mike’s, but this is the worst location I’ve been. We walked in and there was no one in line. We waited for 8 minutes and no one greeted us. There were 5 people behind the counter, and 3 people waiting for mobile orders. This is an unfriendly staff and terrible service. The food was good, but the staff needs training on customer service. I will not visit this location again.
