This was our first time to eat at Jersey Mike's Subs. We got a gift card for Christmas and I'm glad we did. The staff was very friendly and smiling like they were glad to see us. I ordered the biggest (16inch?) size Original Italian. Everything was sliced fresh and generously stacked. I had it prepared "Mike's Way". It was delicious. The store is very clean with a few tables to eat in. We will definitely be going back.
Second time ive gotten hair in my food. I called and asked if they could possibly wear some type of hair net as the hats r not doing the job and she said shed talk to her higher ups. I understand MAYBE it happening one time but obviously nothing changed definitely wont be coming back until something is done!!!!
(Website order issues, Does not reflect this store) Enjoyed their subs. Great subs but was recently charged for an order, the website had issues and didn’t send my order through. Good food if you get what you paid for…… I will be avoiding however due to I don’t have the funds to pay for a lunch that I may not receive. Reaching out corporate is a nightmare too.
