So I actually love coming her. service is almost always great. Food is good and staff is friendly and helpful.ith that being said whenever I walk in and this particular employee is working I know it's gonna be rou gh.and not just slightly..she is rude and always has an attitude, consistently gets my sandwich wrong..to the pint that I now think it is on purpose. guy with long hair and glasses was so cool and nice and put the perfect extra amount of pickles so goated and epic
Pretty poor customer service, I don't recommend ordering in-store unless they retrain current staff how to acknowledge and interact with customers. There were 5 employees and none of the paid any attention after 5 minutes of us waiting to order so we just left
These guys used to make a proper sandwich but I just had the worst philly I've ever had. Got it to go and it looked like a loaf of bread when I opened it. I think they shortened the amount of meat they use. And they ask for a tip on the screen ha. I'll give you a tip, make sandwiches like your supposed too. Won't be going back.
