Rude employees and a 50% chance of your food being completely wrong. Don't bother going here.
I use to love going here but the food is ALWAYS WRONG I called to let them know the woman on the other end told me to not come back and hung up on me. I unfortunately won't be back here ever again.
This store ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Its very unfortunate as I love Jersey Mikes but the constant mess up on orders and trying to get them fixed is completely unacceptable. 9/10 times the sandwhich is made wrong. I ordered a sandwhich today and they added ingredients that they were not told to add. Tried calling back to let them know and was yelled at, told not to come back to the store, and was hung up on. Dont ever go here if you want to have your order made right. I called after driving 30 minutes back home because there was no roast beef or bacon on my club supreme and was told I would have to drive the sandwich and receipt all the way back to have any compensation for it. Bottom line is that they messed up my order and didnt have the morals to make it right. Very unsatisfied
