3/30 I ordered using the app, in the Special Instructions I typed "Please cut in half and wrap separately, same bag okay, thank you" and I tipped on my card before arrival. What I got was someone ignoring/overlooking my request when I'd already tipped. They cut the 'giant' size sandwich into quarters then wrapped the entire sandwich together like normal. Absolutely love Jersey Mikes subs and customer service. The staff are polite, fast and efficient. The sandwiches are hands down the best in town, I could eat one of their subs everyday. My only complaint is that the staff with facial hair don’t wear any kind of hair net while preparing food or doing prep. There’s nothing worse than finding a hair or other foreign object in your food, but hair especially takes the damning of ones lunch to a whole new level.
Tons of staff but terrible customer service and don't communicate. They don't make eye contact or care. Lack of personality.
The blt was missing my tomato and it was basically just bread and lettuce very sad :/
