My daughter ordered her sandwich from the app she wanted her free chips and drink-I went down there 10 minutes late - I ordered another sandwich in person was ready in under 5 minutes - but the one ordered on the app took 30 minutes and said it would be ready in 10 - even though they Knew I was waiting- the staff didn’t even care - worst customer service ever- Now the sandwich I ordered was supposed to be hot and it’s cold- updating review they reached out and apologized-
I had a long and arduous work day so I wanted to treat myself from my favorite sandwich shop. Bought a giant Chipotle chicken sandwich to go with no peppers. I must have stressed "no peppers" at least twice which may have pissed off the worker, because I came home only to discover peppers in my sandwich. It was fun picking all the peppers out of my sandwich, butchering the meal I had planned as a treat. I was still able to taste the peppers from the cheese it infused with so straight to the trash it went.
