The 2 gentleman who made my subs and were very polite and treated me like family. I will definitely be coming to this location from now on.
I frequently go to this Jersey Mike's because I work nearby. I understand everyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately, Cheryl the manager was having one today. I was charged incorrectly for my chips and drink. When I asked about this, she felt the need to ask out loud and very unprofessionaly what the difference in change should be that i was to get back. Love JM… come to this location regularly….. BUT… You need to listen to peoples order..everything except jalapeños means just that…that includes pickles and the red pepper relish….i ordered paid… and it was done n wrapped before i could even look…. The portions seem smaller. For a 21$ sandwich/25 $ after—- doesn’t seem the same as it used to There seems to have been alot of turnover employee wise. If you got my order right…probably be 5 stars Just a much different experience than ive had the other …say. 10 times
I recently spoke to a non restaurant franchise in Kenosha and spoke with two different persons on the phone on two different days. I asked the second person if he and the other were owners. He said no. I said the way they represented the store was great, as if they were owners. I recommend for this Jersey Mike's in Antioch to make sure it's portions on sandwiches are portioned right.
