Manager who sits down all day then yells at her employees when orders are taking a long time ruins this place for me.
They are the most authentic Jersey Mike's in Antioch. Always kind and considerate with my order. They always know what I like. They have been so good to me. I love the rewards points system because I can get free subs. Appreciate all that they do.
This place really needs to portion out the meat and cheese correctly!! I have now gone here 2x because I live near by and both times was completely ripped off on my Philly cheesesteak sandwiches!! Hardly any meat or cheese compared to other stores!! .. especially the Round Lake store where its literally like double both meat and cheese!! $18.75 for a sandwich please do better!! I dont want to pay for just bread!!!
This place is new for me. I found the food was fresh and the sandwiches were well made. And from order to payment was was not very long. Sandwiches were very tasty. I will be going there more often
