The wait time was ridiculous. Placed a pick up order at 11:55am. I got to the store around 12:10 which is the time it was supposed to be ready. I didn’t get my food until 12:30. Mind you I was on my 30 minute lunch break which I wasted in this store. Food was good but not worth the 35 minute wait. Didn’t get a “sorry for the wait” or any acknowledgement that they had multiple people waiting for 20+ minutes.
While getting my food, I saw the most frustrating scene. The short employee with dirty blond/light brown hair was so incredibly rude and snide to her coworkers. For the short time I spent in this establishment today, I had to watch this woman instigate and poke and prod at this poor employee who was trying her hardest to be professional. Absolutely abhorrent behavior and I will not be returning to this business if this is how they treat their workers.
They consistently forget about mobile app orders and then when they are finally ready they put them on the shelf without calling your name and the bag facing away from the customers so you can't see the name of the order on the bag. People walking in to the store get served immediately while mobile app orders regularly take about 30 minutes. This has happens probably 10 out of the last 15 times I've been here.
