This location is the pits!!You wud think you're at Subway...tomatoes paper thin, lettuce brown and they pile this brown lettuce on. Just plain unkempt and unappetizing looking food. I'll try one more time and if the experience same it'll be my last time as I've been here 3 times and left disappointed.
☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I ordered online from the Waldorf Jersey Mike’s and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. Even 45 minutes after the promised pickup time, my order still wasn’t ready. The entire restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray. Customer after customer was standing around waiting, and it was obvious that many people were frustrated and angry because orders were not being completed. Octavious and his two team mates were handling online orders and walk-in orders with a swiftness. No complaining, no getting frustrated, these three just worked hard and worked well together. I even saw them smiling. Their system is unmatched and I'm glad I came here. Will definitely be back because there's nothing like good service. Thank you guys.
