II come to this location often and have ordered the same thing probably more than 50 times: a #13, substituting the ham for turkey. Today, the manager tried to tell me that pepperoni and pastrami were considered ham. She then changed my order to what I believe she said was a #7 and charged me for additional meat, including extra pepperoni and pastrami. I ended up paying $38 for a single sandwich. Guessing I’m hoping this review gets management attention. I go to this Jersey mikes all the time due to it being on my way to work. My favorite is the big Kahuna cheesesteak and I’ve never had an issue except for the last three times in a row. Previously they have always warmed the bread on the grill so it’s soft and well… warm. They have also usually mixed the cheese in with the steak. Recently they haven’t warmed the bread or mixed the cheese in leaving the cheese to quickly cool and harden against the cold bread. Really disappointed in my food order today. I got the chicken salad bowl, with lettuce, and tomato. It was not the usual chicken salad, tasted old and very dry. I had only 4 bites of the actual chicken the rest was lettuce and tomato. Not worth the money at all.
No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, half filled bowl. Regular sandwich and bowl, $23.00. Other than that, a great visit
