The staff and manager are always very kinda and remember my order. I go often and usually are quite busy. We need another location.

I opted to do curbside pickup because I had an upset baby in the car and was all on my own. I sat there for 30 minutes after I alerted I was there in the app and even tried to call to check on the status of my order with no answer. I could see in the store that employees were standing around and talking, not making food, not taking orders, and not answering the phone.
