Had wonderful Philly Steak subs. They are the BEST! Disappointed in the cleanliness of the dining room. This has been the case the last 3 times we were in. Had to clean our own table. Plenty of staff, this should never be an issue. Having a dirty dining room shows lazy staff and is visually unapealling. Maybe assign someone to it each shift because it doesnt seem anyone wants to be responsible. So surprised that the manager or shift manager did not handle this. I love jersey Mike's its a 10 out of 10 every single time. The staff is always great they work hard and make great sandwiches. The Philly is really good and so is the club sandwich I always get

This place WILL get you sick. I just confirmed this after getting sick here many times before and today opening up my sandwich to find a long hair hanging out of it. 1 star for refunding my order. You guys don’t follow proper safe food handling procedures and need to do better.
Super expensive, poor quality food, meh service, poor options, idk what else to say. Oh, they only have the three worst cheese options (American, provalone and Swiss) haha--guess they're living up to their name.
