Compared to every other JM, this one was not good. We placed a pick up order, and my bowl was only half full and had almost no dressing. My husband's sub had burnt meat and no ranch. Our other 2 subs had no ranch either. We will make a longer drive to a different location from now on.
Friendly staff
We've ordered from this location many times, usually to go. Each time we have ordered to go, we have tipped, but today we decided not to leave a tip. Well today was the first day out food was overly peppered, tuna spilling out of the sandwich, 2 end piece tomato slices on a giant sub, just silly mistakes, very noticably different from usual service here. My husband and I are wondering if the poor service today had anything to do with the no tip but now we really don't want to tip, or even eat somewhere with expectant staff.
Horrible. We go here often trying to give benefit of the doubt but the grill ALWAYS gets our order wrong. Cheese allergy so we always ask without cheese and say it repeatedly because they always add it anyway. Happened again today, I didn’t have time to wait for it to be made over so asked for refund and manager was rude and irritated at their mistake!
