Very bad customer service did not wanna provide bag
I placed an order on the app and I called to make sure that they don’t put too much mayo on the bread because it can become soggy. A lady answered the phone and she clearly didn’t want to work.. which is very odd because it was 20 mins after opening! My sandwich also came WRONG!!! This is why I always go to Jimmy John’s because it’s honestly ridiculous.
Hey this store definitely needs more staff and guest training. 5 delivery people and 3 walk ins waiting and not one order, word or update about what was going on. Walk ins waited 15-20 minutes before walking out. One worker with red hair cleaned the cold cuts fridge while the worker with braids stayed in the back of the store.
