Placed an online order today at 4:16pm, was provided a pick-up time of 4:30p. I am still here waiting for my order, and it's already 4:50p. Worker bypassed my order and helped people with their orders as they come in. I don't mind that, but that also inconvenienced me with my order. Had I known this is their process, I would have just placed my order in-person.
Super friendly people and great customer service! I always get welcomed in and always leave with a goodbye and a smile on my face with my delicious sandwich when leaving. I recommend this place very highly!
I have been to 3 locations so far and the people that work at all three have been extremely friendly. They also make a great sandwich that reminds me of the ones I would get on the east coast.
