Walked in on Tuesday to place a Catering order for our volleyball team meal. Hank was super helpful and patient. I ordered 3 sub boxes and 5 custom meals due to allergies. He helped advise me on which subs were popular with teenage girls. The order was ready on Wednesday at the specified time with custom meals labeled, the in cute squeeze bottle, mayo and mustard packets and plenty of napkins. It was a big hit with the team! We look forward to working with them again!
Unfriendly staffs and lack of proper training in handling foods. Jersey Mike Subs Outlet mall Carlsbad. The guy making my steak sandwich had an attitude. I asked him if he can toast the bread. He argue with me and He put the bread on a dirty table, which is completely unsanitary. Even after I asked for new bread, he still prepared everything sloppily. Worst customer service. Paid for double meat and cheese and the sandwich was basically little meat and cheese. Manger did speak English well and told me too bad.
