Do NOT recommend this Jersey Mikes! I ordered myself a number 16 (includes grilled meat). As I’m eating the sub I noticed that a large sum of the meat at the middle all the way to the end of the sub was RAW! Pink. Not cooked at all. Nor did they follow through with my other requests for sub. If the manager just happens to be reading this, this situation happened February 27th during night shift. Get better staff. I am disgusted and disappointed.
I ordered ahead today because I was in rush, and when I stepped into the store it was literally packed. Almost 4 other customers had been waiting on their pickup orders, so I looked up how to cancel my order and it said to call or talk to the store directly. Man my wife recently introduced me to Jersey Mikes since she loves their BLT. I was happy to find they made Cheese Steak Subs and it was DELICIOUS (this was all ordered via delivery) Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.
