I called October 9th. A woman picked up and claimed to be the manager. I had a question and the manager IMMEDIATELY cut me off and rudely said “we don’t don’t do that” and hung up the call in my face. Didn’t give me a chance to respond or tell her that I was also placing a pick up order. Guess I won’t be eating jersey mikes anymore.. I do NOT recommend going here go any other jersey mikes they are 10x better
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The manager is awful. 0 customer service skills soon enough this location might be shut down due to loss of business and it’s all because of the way they speak poorly to customers. This is my third bad interaction with this location
Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Ugh
