Very respectable and went out of their way to help me with a huge order, and had smiles on their faces the whole time. Small gestures go a long way and I appreciate them being ready and willing go help!
This is the only location I will visit. The customer service is TOP TIER every single time. I am always welcomed at the door, always treated kindly and always told to have a nice day on my way out. But listen, if I had to call anyone out for exceptional, above and beyond service, Tay is the MVP. just a genuine kind hearted person and always has a smile and a laugh to share.
I like Jersey Mikes because they have gluten free options however this location is on a whole other level in the worst way. Went here with my children and we were very uncomfortable. Staff was incompetent and rude, they were all chatting and not even looking at us to take our order. When the girl took our order I didn't even know she was taking my order it sounded like she was asking what type of bread I wanted to restock, I then had to ask if she was making mine after waiting 10 minutes of them screwing around right in fron... read more
Went here for a quick sandwich and the black guy with little braids was rude. I told him I didn’t want something on the sandwich he put it on there anyway. When I told him he rolled his eyes
