Food was solid but it’s like this location refuses to pick up the phone and take orders. Three separate times I’ve attempted to call in to place and order and no one answers and when I do get there to order they say “the phones aren’t working correctly”. Really? For over two months? If I’m going to pay $20 for a single sub the whole experience and food better be worth it.
I upped the stars because we really enjoy this place but frankly we can’t afford to eat here anymore. Like pretty much everything else, they’ve priced themselves out of the market. Thirty bucks for a sandwich and a drink moves it from “whoa that’s outrageous” to “just can’t afford it”. Sad because this is a really great place but that’s just how it is. The corporate greed-heads are ruining it for everybody.
I just stopped at Jersey Mike’s in Olney for the first time in years. PETER helped me and was so nice and friendly and because of him I’m going to start coming back at least once a week! The place is clean, organized, well -stocked and warm in this cold weather. All in all this was a super nice break. Thanks to Peter!
The staff is so nice here.
Unfortunately, customer service is lacking here. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers, leaving me waiting to be served. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, this might not be the place to go. Their sandwiches are decent but just above average—not enough to make up for the poor service.
