I’ve had four subs from Jersey Mikes and each experience got worse and worse. The fact you’re paying a premium price of almost ten dollars more vs other competitors is insane. I don’t understand how you order mikes way and only get lettuce or stale bread for over 20 dollars.
Long review alert! 🔔 Been here a few times for the rosemary parm sub which is delicious, but my most recent experience was such a disaster, that I am not comfortable to return. First, my mobile order was confirmed for 1:55 PM and it hadn't even been STARTED when I walked in around 2 PM. Then they continued to fill walk in orders who came in after I was already standing there. Friendly staff, clean all around. Gloves worn while dealing with food. Gloves removed before register use and replaced afterwards. Quick to take and make order.
