Always happy with the food at Jersey Mike's. Only setback is when I order online, I'd say 8 out of 10 times my food isn't ready for pick up at scheduled time. I've just adapted to showing up 10 min later.
The worst service and food was spoiled
First and last time I clearly told the girl I wanted a club sub in a bowl minus the bread and olive oil. Add extra cheese and honey mustard . She dismissed the honey mustard and didn’t even add the mayo nor the bacon. I went up to let her know there was honey mustard and bacon missing and Instead of making a new order she plopped the bacon then the mayo then the honey mustard on top and I am more than certain she added olive oil even though I said do not put any. I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The customer service was top-notch — everyone was kind, funny, and super helpful. As someone with celiac disease, it can sometimes be stressful ordering out, but the staff did an amazing job accommodating my needs and making sure everything was safe for me to enjoy. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the positive attitude they brought to the whole experience. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!
The food is always great, but I have yet to have a mobile order ready when expected. I now go 20 minutes after they say it will be ready and sometimes I still have to wait.
