Came in today to pick up and order and one thing was wrong. Mind you it was at 10:30am and they were not busy. I went back in and asked for it to be corrected and the girl who I spoke to was extremely rude and argumentative. I showed her the receipt and the online receipt and she continued to argue with me that it was correct. Very poor customer service skills. EDIT: Left VM on number provided, no response.
Erica is fantastic. Friendly & positive demeanor, and great customer service, e.g. giving napkins with an online order without being asked.
This is a very good sandwiches shop. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a filling meal. I did not have to eat anything else for the rest of the day after one of their full size sandwiches!
