Food is delicious we love Jersey mikes however the one girl that works there greeted me in while on the phone and then rung me out still on the phone talking to whoever… they also messed up our sub asked for no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on the whole thing. I get it, it happens sometimes but when it happens every time it’s a problem.
Went ate there for lunch and the service was horrible. The lady that made my sandwich was very rude. Not very interactive with the customers you asked her for extra bacon and you paid for it and she only gives you one extra slice for three bucks. Also, she did not take my complete order and asked me what I wanted on my sandwich fully. She was so much in a hurry to get all the other sandwiches made before and after mine, it was ridiculous. I waited almost a whole lunch hour to get my sandwich made
This branch is still a well run sub shop. My app order was on time despite being at the busy noon rush.
Shout out to Niley at Jersey Mike's! 👏 Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. My wife had the Chicken Philly, and I had the Philly Cheesesteak loaded with all the extras.
