I placed an online order at 11:19am, and by 12:20pm it still hadn’t been started. When I called to check on the delay, no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. After a long wait, someone finally picked up, but instead of helping, I was told to call back in half an hour. Got a original Italian sub and a cheese steak. They were perfect
As of the crew they have in there now I will not be going back to Jersey Mike's they wrote down on a piece of paper what was supposed to be on the sandwich and made it totally wrong and then had an attitude when it went back in to get it right so Jersey Mike's is not what it used to be
