I understand that rushes happen, and it gets difficult to handle sometimes. I ordered a #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak with jalapeños, cherry pepper relish, and blue cheese. The shop was very busy, so I understand things can happen during a rush, especially the amount of orders that came through. Unfortunately my sandwich was missing the lettuce, tomato, and the blue cheese I added. The staff seemed to be working hard, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time mix-up.
We stopped in to Jersey Mikes for a cold drink and a sub sandwich. Upon entry the store was clean, tables bussed and the counters were clean. My husband ordered his sub sandwich, which was prepared correctly. The problem came from the drinks. The soda machine was out of co2. We notified staff that it was out and they replaced it. However all of the syrup was out and we just dealt with it rather than complaining. Seems like they could just periodically check the machine rather than relying on customers to inform them.
Ordered a large Italian cold sub via the Jersey Mike’s app. As always the app was easy to use and my points redeemed seamlessly; my order was ready 10 minutes earlier than promised. The fresh bread and well-balanced ingredients: thinly sliced salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, and oil-and-vinegar dressing. Friendly staff, clean shop, and great value when using rewards.
The last time I went and I've been there plenty of times I got the steak and cheese and for some reason it had very little flavor
They have agave vanilla cream soda, but no diet Pepsi.
