I walked in the door and immediately was greeted with enthusiasm and gusto. The staff are always absolute top notch, which is a direct reflection on the managers. Even in a crunch everything and everyone have always been absolutely phenomenal
Had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! Haley was awesome – super friendly and helpful. My order was made correctly, the food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant was very clean. Definitely coming back!
Recently dined In ans had a complicated order due to my specific allergies. Haley was not only attentive but kind and positive and made me feel not so “needy”.
Update: I have to reduce my 5 star rating to 3. Since the old manager, Marilyn, left, the place has gone downhill. It is not as clean, the employees are not as well trained or professional, and the atmosphere just isn't great. I've tried to give it several chances since it's been my favorite sandwich shop for years. Not every visit has been disappointing, but they've become more often disappointing than not. We have eaten at this particular Jersey Mike’s location multiple times and I have to say the customer service and food has been top notch. The crew always seems happy to help, and focused on making the experience good for the customer. Food is hot and fresh as well. Will continue to visit this location.
