05/27/2026 7:30pm. I’ve never had a problem with Jersey Mike’s until today. First, my friend and I both ordered regular sized sandwiches, and both had very small portions. The employee said they were pre-portioned, but both of ours seemed very small. My friend’s sandwich had burnt bacon, and they did switch it out with normally cooked bacon. Their subs are consistently good and service excellent. They do what they say they are going to do and provide a quality sub. I have been patronizing them for over 40 years having lived where they originate from.
What a wonderful crew, very friendly fast. Efficient and my sub was perfect
I went to Jersey Mike’s in Brevard, NC. My first experience was amazing. I had their Italian sub and it was delicious. Well I went there today and wanted to try their Philly cheese steak…the employee asked what all did I want on it. I told him I’d tell him once it comes off of the grill. He told me that they have to make it back there. That bothered me because I like to watch it being made. That’s bad customer service in my opinion and I will not be going back to this location.
Kim was absolutely amazing! Brevard College baseball ended up having a last minute double header and Kim didn't back down from a last minute catering for the team.
