Basic restaurant hygiene rules not being followed. The young man that was running the cash register and touching cash then came over and made my sandwich without changing his gloves. Are food safety rules not being taught to employees??
I have never felt so unwelcome ordering food. While making my sandwich, an employee openly complained and stated that my sandwich was "a pain in the ass to make." Hearing that directed toward my order was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I usually only visit the Cranberry location on 19. I thought the food and service/experience would be very similar but it wasn't. I prefer the Cranberry location by far.
Horrid, snippy, condescending attitude!!! Cancelled order and they happily said "Ok!!" Try Cranberry location instead. Better customer interaction. Find something else to do if you can't handle answering a simple customer question!!!
