The bread matters! Its foundational! The bread served at Jersey Mike's is top notch delicious. The rest of the sandwich matched the bread. I will be back. Thanks Jersey Mike's.
I got a giant Italian sub there yesterday. The sandwich was great but the staff need to be retrained. No greeting when I came in, it took them a long time to make my sandwich with four staff members at the counter area and no thank you when I paid and left. Customer service is everything.
Spend $50. Only get 24 shore points. The rewards system seems unbalanced. In the past it was said that this location would scam people on the size that the meat and cheese was cut on. My last visit it was cut on its thinnest setting. While it's true that quality has diminished over the years we are left with little choice in whether we will deal with it or stop ordering. For now I deal with it. But this might be one of my last orders.
The manager at this location is so amazing! He accommodated my every need on top of dealing with other patrons that were pretty hateful to him and he kept his cool so good job Ben?? I think he said his name was
