Very disappointed in this location of Jersey. Mike’s reached out through the customer service on the app somebody from Jersey Mike’s responded back to me and told me that Jersey Mike’s has no responsibility for their subs. Each location is private owned. And they have no accountability ordered a sub that was made wrong at this location. This is not the first time at this location. There was an issue with our online pickup order and Laura corrected it in a professional manner. We have ordered from here many times without issue and were always satisfied. Great customer service! Thank you
It was clean, service was fast, and the guys stayed busy restocking when it was quiet. We come here often and have noticed that it stays clean and well stocked. The service is friendly and fast.
