We love Jersey Mike’s but this one had a very unclean bathroom. My husband went in before me and even commented. It was not ‘new’ dirty (often times can’t be helped because someone had an accident) but ‘old’ dirty. Just no attention to detail. Toilet and sink were grimy and the base of toilet was filthy. When a restaurant doesn’t keep their bathroom clean, they do not take pride in anything.
Ever heard of a broom, mop or clean environment? Apparently not. You should change the name to Dirty Mike's. Or Newark Mike's. I'm wondering if the same person owns the Jersey Mike's in Crossville and Cookeville, because both locations are gross. The food prep area was disgusting. Old food all over the floor and counters. And subs placed directly on the dirty counters with no wrapper underneath. CLEAN UP!
