During my two recent visits I have been very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff members. Complaining about other customers that had already come and gone, talking very poorly about other employees. However each time that I ordered a club on a sub I requested double meat. The person who made my sandwich both times was the same for each visit. I was charged for it but from what I could see I did not get double meat.
