I visited the drive-thru yesterday at approximately 8:55 p.m. and asked if the restaurant was still open. The employee informed me they were open until 9:00 p.m. I placed an order for a sandwich, which was prepared very quickly. The young lady at the window was polite and pleasant during the interaction. We like the friendly customer service. The food is always good. I really like the sandwich in a bowl option.
The person cutting the bread needs to learn to hold the knife level, and the person doing the condiments needs to lay off the "juice", your drowning the sandwich. 🤦
Review written 02/09/2026. Ordered ahead through app and redeemed rewards points for a free mini sub. Order was ready and was made accurately. It smelled heavily in the restaurant though of food being grilled it was overpowering
Horrible experience! Younger looking girl in which took my order, was unimaginably rude! Overall seemed to just not want to be there period. No friendly tone, No greeting. Was my first time trying, Very disappointed in the service .
