Food is never ready on time, 15 minutes after the pickup time. I’d understand if they were busy the whole time, but employees were standing around while we waited until the manager came out and woke them up. I guess my time is less valuable. I hate that I tipped them up front, wish I could get that back

I love this place. But why when I’m the only one in the restaurant no online orders 5 employees and 7 minutes for a turkey no cheese on white. Staff needs to learn urgency
