The best subs I have ever had 😋
I visited Jersey Mike’s today and used a coupon for a free chips and fountain drink with my sub. While I was filling my drink at the fountain, I overheard the manager say to the cashier that I was getting soda instead of water. The cashier correctly responded that I had a coupon for a fountain drink. The manager then said, “Well ya know you can’t trust people.” As a business owner myself, I found that comment disappointing and unnecessary. I received a gift card for Christmas and thought I would stop in and try a sub...the sub was delicious but the girl that took my order was extremely rude and sorta snap at me...that's not how you welcome a potential new customer to your establishment....I felt I was yelled at...I'll never return to the bourne location..there's too many other sub places to go to..that aren't rude and appreciate your patronage
Awesome customer experience I am 7 months pregnant and I wanted to try the pregnancy sub and the girls there gave it to me on the house definitely made my day ! Thank you !!
