Consistent food and friendly people almost every time we go in. The store is generally clean and we’ve sat inside and ate numerous time.
I placed a mobile order specifically stating one of my subs could not be made with or around mushrooms as I am Deathly allergic to them, but when I got the subs mine had mushrooms in it. So I call the store and the woman who answered not only had an attitude but was ridiculously disrespectful. When I told her I needed them remade she laughed at me, told me no and hung up the phone. I’ve genuinely never had such a disrespectful, disgusting experience somewhere before.
Friend ordered a sub with no mushrooms because she is severely allergic to them. Was given a sub with mushrooms. She called to tell her that someone is coming to get the sub remade. She also told Jess, the worker, that they should be more careful because they could kill someone when they dont take care when making the subs. Jessica was incredibly rude, told my friend that she is eating at her own risk and if she were to sue she would not have have a leg to stand on. I had an unbelievably horrible experience with an employee at this location. I went and picked up an online order that I placed with my mother. When I got back to the house, I noticed that my number 17 was made incorrectly and had peppers, onions and mushrooms on it whereas the instructions clearly stated there was an allergy.
