40 minutes for my online order on a cold sub when it was projected to take about 15 minutes!! Are you kidding me?? I asked about my order multiple times while waiting. There was almost no customers in the store at the time but a ton of staff. I love Jersey Mikes, but this location was very disappointing.
The people working at this Jersey Mike's on Midlothian turnpike have very little personality. They look burnt out and unhappy. I didn't even get greeted upon entry. I had to say hello first. I got called "buddy" which is irritating and disrespectful. They put a ton of oil on my sub, completely soaked the bread. When I complained they acted like I was being difficult. They remade my sub but with attitude. Called me"buddy" several times as I was paying and before I left. Poorly trained associates.
Its always a great sub no matter what cityI find my self! Club hit the spot!! Great service!
