I was trying to call my order in and the Young Lady that answered the phone asked me to hold on so I yes. I was put on hold listening to everyone come in and place their order for 31 minutes and 28 seconds. Then they hung up the phone. Glad someone from our house went uptown to get us something to eat.
"I used to love Jersey Mike's in Pembroke, but I'm really disappointed with their new policy of charging for a side of dressing. It feels petty and definitely affects the overall experience. What happened to customer service? Their justification was “Zaxabys does it”
Never even got to order food. I was snapped at when I wanted to sub roast beef for bacon and then they completely ignored me. Hateful people and will not go back even if it was free.
Just using the app is much better when you going at lunch 🥪. I recommend all the subs they are just delicious and salads 🥗 as well.
