Typical jersey Mike's fashion they give you the exact opposite of what you want on your sandwich. I simply wanted tomato mayonnaise light banana pepper light mushroom..... The entire sub was lettuce green peppers red peppers no mayonnaise no mushroom. The exact opposite of what I wanted. I used to go to the one by Kroger and they did this all the time and now I'm coming to this location and every time I see the same people from the Kroger location at mountain castle they ruin my sub. When I got there all of the employees were just standing in a circle chatting, which would be no big deal if the counters weren't super messy! I mean, it looked like they hadn't been wiped off all day. And the tables hadn't been cleaned either. When I went to sit down (and I was going to clean the table myself) an employee came up and said she would clean the table if I could wait for a sec.
While our fab person no longer works there we continue to keep coming back.
The staff is fast and friendly. Food is delicious.
