I’m from Minnesota and just moved down here, all of the other locations I have been to they make your sandwich in less than 2 mins and you’re in and out of there fast! I was the only person in the store with my mother and we waited over 10 minutes for our sandwiches. No sense of urgency. I’d work here and be able to get everyone in and out quicker than the 3 that were working just now. The manager was even there and she just didn’t seem to care how slow they were all being. First time at this location and I’ll never go back!
Don't place an online order unless you want to wait for an hour before they realize that they never printed the receipt... Mind you, I was asked a minimum of 5 times what order I was waiting on. I was then told that they didnt have bread or chicken, which meant i had to substitute a whole sub. Best I was offered for the inconvenience was a free drink OR bag of chips. I don't take a $60 order lightly, if I ever go back I will not be using their online service.
The ladies that was working today 2/11/25 @ 12:00pm were the rudest ladies i could have ever encountered with we ordered a Philly an had it toasted they cooked it an wrapped it up with out even asked us if we wanted any toppings which would include lettuce tomatoes oil an vinegar etc.. then when we asked for it they gave us the craziest looks an then proceeded to put lettuce in a togo containers an then some mayo packs then I proceeded to tell them how I felt about our service an they just looked at me so we just left we wer... read more
Overall good! We had subs in a tub!
