Came in there because the order was messed up just wanted to have them remake. It wanted to talk to the manager to explain to them was not allowed had a young girl a shift leader talking to me. Great employees and very friendly. The place was very clean, warm and welcoming.
Don’t waste your time or money at this location go to the one in Gibsonton. Disgusting hot sandwiches. They don’t take the time to chop up the meat properly. Sodas are as flat the staff’s personalities.
Your blue haired employee needs to attend a customer service class to learn how to handle customers that pay there hard earned money at your establishment. She was Rude, and obnoxious to me in front of customers and staff. So bad that your manager gave me my Mike's Famous Philly for free. I am a rewards member, and often go to many Jersey Mike's around the state of Florida.
